Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor performance, providing coaching and support where needed
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth
Work closely with senior leadership to drive business objectives

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales management role
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
