We are representing a reputable client seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the position of Sales Manager at a well-established main dealer in North Wales. This Sales Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven automotive professional to progress within a respected dealership group, representing Kia and Honda brands. The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Manage and motivate a team of six retail sales executives and a business centre manager
Drive sales targets for both new and used vehicle departments
Maintain and develop customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Ensure team compliance with brand standards and customer service excellence
Oversee stock management and retail performance of approximately 60 used vehicles
Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase profitability
Uphold strong standards of professionalism and discretion within the dealershipRequirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques
Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets
The individual should be based in North Wales or nearby to Llandudno
