We are delighted to be recruiting a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for our Client who is based in Fairford. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a busy team in a growing business.

Sales & Lettings Negotiator Role:

* Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office

* Deal with telephone and internet enquiries

* Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations

* Conduct viewings of properties for sale and for let

* Perform the duties of a Progressor

* Administer contract paperwork in relation to sale and rental properties

* Recording and reporting of maintenance issues

* Update window displays and website

* Compose marketing literature

* Undertake direct marketing

* Update social media sites

* Provide office cover when required

Sales & Lettings Negotiator Skills and Experience:

* Be well presented and confident

* Have great interpersonal and communication skills

* Be computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word

* Be articulate with good written skills

* Work well under pressure

* Be approachable at all times

* Able to work independently or as part of the team.

* You must have a driving licence and a car
