Sales & Lettings Negotiator

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & lettings Negotiator to join our independent client based in Hackney, London E8

At least 1 years Sales & Lettings experience is a necessity , along with charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality which are the main requirements needed for this vibrant and forward thinking company.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

* Canvassing activities to generate new business

* Coordinating and carrying out property viewings for Sales & Lets

* Learn how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers & tenants

* Matching prospective buyers & Tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly

* Maintaining regular contact with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors and other relevant parties

* Learn how to guide buyers, vendors, tenants and Landlords through the sales & lettings process from offer to legal completion

* Taking offers and agreeing deals

* Carrying out sales progression. Liasing with Mortgage brokers, surveyors and Solicitors

* Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

* Following all legislation including the recent renters rights bill

* Multi tasking

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm every Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5 day week)

Salary: Basic Salary £25.000 + 10% on completed Sales & Lets. £40.000 - £45.000 OTE Plus Car allowance

Must have own vehicle, some expenses covered
