Description
Sales Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:
Processing any cheques received and taking to the Bank weekly.
Checking and Processing of cash received from our retail branches and banking when required
Raising Invoices/Credit Notes as required and sending to customers
Printing out of daily invoices produced by our accounting system to e-mail/send to customers
Sending out monthly statements to customers
Credit control duties
Other similar duties within the department as and when required.Profile
The candidate will have:
Some experience working within a Finance role - Required
Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
High attention to detail - Required
Ability to work towards deadlines - Required
