Sales Field Support Specialist
We are seeking a Sales Field Support Specialist to join its industry leading sales and service team. In this role you will contribute valuable support to sales and service representatives and be a vital part of their success growing accounts.
What You Will Do:
* Perform a variety of routine and non-routine clerical/administrative activities to support Field Service Specialists, Account Managers and associates in administrative areas
* Work with associates and customers to resolve financing issues
* Track, compile information, and produce reports on competitive prospects, contests and other special initiatives
* Coordinate and follow-up on engineering orders for field sales and service associates
* Work with field sales and service associates and corporate credit to manage and resolve customer related credit issues
* New Account Set up in Masterdata and the HUB

Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two years of office experience
* Experience working with Microsoft Office
* Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
* Knowledge of SAP
