Description:

Telet is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Bath, UK to deliver lead generation and appointment setting for our Field Sales team. 

The role offers great earning potential with an OTE of £60,000+!

Commission: provided per Lead Closed by Sales Team following origination from Lead Gen Team.

This role is available on a flexible / pro-rata basis, and we could consider options such as (Apply online only), 4 days a week, school term time only. 

The role is office-based at Newark Works in Bath (BA2 3GZ).

About Us

Telet is a pioneering UK Mobile Network Operator. As a full-operator member of the GSMA, we operate a 4G and 5G mobile network dedicated to improving mobile coverage in rural "Not Spots" and providing private networks for business, industry, and public services. Our mission is to bring Private 5G networks to sectors such as Holiday Parks, Marinas, Ports, Distribution, Agriculture, and Construction.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn - we are expecting 90-120 mins of proactive outbound airtime, 4 days a week (FTE)
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Develop and manage a database of potential clients, ensuring regular follow-up and engagement
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to generate interest in Telet's services
Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related role for junior roles, and 3+ years in senior positions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in using CRM software (we use (url removed)) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideally you will have a basic understanding of mobile coverage and how businesses can use telecommunications effectively to improve their offering
