Salary: £30,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: North London
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5-day week with one day off midweek)

Our client is a leading specialist retailer of traditional and modern bathrooms, with a proud history and known for premium brands, expert advice, and excellent customer service.
The Role
They are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in North London. This is a customer-facing, showroom-based role, where you’ll be central to delivering exceptional service, driving sales performance, and upholding their brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities

Drive showroom sales and maintain high customer service standards
*
Communicate confidently with interior designers, property developers, and retail clients
*
Handle enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, and online
*
Process sales orders with accuracy and care
*
Manage after-sales issues, returns, and reputation-sensitive matters
*
Work collaboratively within an established and supportive team
Essential Requirements
*
Retail or Hospitality experience, bathroom experience preffered
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
High standards of personal presentation and telephone manner
*
Attention to detail and strict adherence to company procedures
*
Awareness of multiple sales channels and lead sources
*
Ability to manage workload in a high-end retail environment
