If you sales experience and are lookinig for the next step in their careers, this Sales Executive role offers a clear route from appointment setting into CRM and Junior Advisory positions, with qualifications funded from the outset.

You’ll work with warm conversations from leads, helping customers understand their existing pension arrangements before booking a free pension review with an adviser. Progression can be achieved within as little as three months for the right person.

Package & Benefits
• Basic salary £28,000–£32,000 per annum, with OTE of £40,000 (uncapped)
• All relevant qualifications funded, including R01, R04, R06
• Structured progression from Sales Executive to CRM and Junior Adviser roles.
• Potential to progress towards senior advisory positions with significant earning potential within 12 months. 

About the Company
You’ll join an established financial services business providing independent financial advice across pensions, investments and retirement planning. Based in Manchester, the business is growing rapidly and has ambitious plans to make its mark on the industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Discuss existing pension arrangements and identify opportunities for a free pension review.
• Book qualified appointments for financial advisers.
• Progress customers through the initial sales and appointment-setting journey.

About You
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience, ideally high-volume outbound sales role. 
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
• Previous experience handling objections and converting cold leads.
