Job Title:     Sales/Business Development Executive 
Location:     Sawbridgeworth/Hybrid
Salary:        Basic   £28,000 - £32,000 + Commission OTE £50,000
Term:          Permanent  Part time or Full Time
 
Are you a motivated and independent sales professional with a passion for healthcare innovation? We are seeking a Sales/Business Development Executive to join our client's dynamic team, driving the distribution of cutting-edge medical devices across the UK market. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, industry knowledge, and sales expertise as you build relationships with healthcare professionals and drive the expansion of their business. 

Tap into your entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the growth of a small business, specialising in the import and distribution of medical devices serving the healthcare market.
Drive sales initiatives for a range of innovative wellness solutions, creating impact within diverse sectors such as healthcare facilities, gyms, sports clubs, and spas.
Take on a role that offers flexibility and potential for high earnings, with a competitive commission structure and the opportunity to work part-time, accommodating your existing commitments if desired. Preferred Requirements for the Sales/Business Development Executive:

Demonstrated sales experience of 2-5 years, with a proven track record of driving business growth and cultivating client relationships ideally in the healthcare sector.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically, devising innovative sales approaches to attract and engage healthcare professionals as potential clients.
Self-motivated and accountable nature, with the capacity to work independently and take the initiative in pursuing new leads, ultimately contributing to the expansion of the business.
Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling, flexibility will be required when accommodating client appointments  reflecting the dynamic nature of the healthcare industry.
Strong integrity and ethical sales practices, understanding the importance of providing valuable, reputable, and trustworthy solutions to the healthcare market. Preferred Qualifications:

A proven successful track record in sales
 Ideally you will have a strong foundation for engaging with healthcare professionals and understanding their needs.
Valid UK driver's license and access to a car to visit clients when necessary, contributing to the success of the sales process.
The ability to communicate effectively with doctors, practitioners and business owners 
Be a self-starter and able to work independently  
Salary:  This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of £(phone number removed) - £(phone number removed) (to be pro rata'd if part time) + generous commission scheme plus the flexibility to work remotely or from their offices in Sawbridgeworth.   If you're looking for part time hours, my client is flexible as to how many hours/days you can work - this can be discussed at interview stage
