Business Development Executive – Apprenticeships

???? £26,000 + £10k+ OTE
⏰ 37.5 hours | 4–5 days in the office
We’re working with a growing training and apprenticeships provider looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join their sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, resilient and passionate about building a career in sales, with the opportunity to develop their skills within the apprenticeship and training sector.
What you’ll be doing:
* Making outbound calls to prospective employers
* Generating and converting new business leads
* Building strong customer relationships
* Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
* Working towards daily and monthly sales targets
* Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
* Supporting cross-selling opportunities
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* A strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Customer-focused approach
* Motivation to succeed in sales
* Resilience and a genuine willingness to learn
