£24,000 Basic Salary | Uncapped Earnings
Permanent | Full Time
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10:00am – 4:00pm
1 weekday off | Alternate Sundays on a rota
Our client, a successful main dealership, is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join their busy sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive looking to join an established dealership with full training provided, strong earning potential and the opportunity to become Motability accredited.
The dealership is looking for someone with previous main dealership experience who can hit the ground running and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Achieve agreed new and used vehicle sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements.
* Deliver a professional and engaging sales experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
* Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and appointments.
* Discuss finance, Motability and additional products where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow the dealership sales process.
* Develop repeat business and customer referrals.
* Keep up to date with product knowledge, offers and finance options.
* Work as part of a team to achieve overall departmental targets.
Your Background & Skills
*
Previous main dealership sales experience is strongly preferred.
*
Proven track record within automotive sales.
*
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
*
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
*
Target-driven, self-motivated and commercially focused.
*
Professional approach with excellent attention to detail.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
