Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound sales calls to warm leads, providing consultative advice on insurance products.

* Utilise their advanced quotation system to guide clients through the sales process, identifying their needs and budget.

* Overcome objections by emphasising product benefits and exceptional service to close sales.

* Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Requirements:

* Proven telesales experience in a high-volume environment - Insurance experience is advantageous

* Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment and meet KPI expectations.

* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on questioning and active listening.

* Desire to continuously learn and develop product knowledge to provide the best advice.
