???? THE PERSON – HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
We're looking for proven salespeople who are hungry for success!
You'll ideally have:

A strong background in outbound sales, telesales or business development
*
Experience making 80+ outbound calls per day
*
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
*
Confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills
*
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload
*
A proactive, self-motivated attitude
*
A genuine desire to progress professionally and financially
Insurance experience isn't essential – we're particularly interested in talented sales professionals with transferable skills and a successful sales track record.
You'll also receive fully funded training towards the Cert CII insurance qualification, with three exams to be completed within approximately 5–6 months.
