Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week | £28,000 + Commission | Skelmersdale, Liverpool
Are you a confident and motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities? We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a New Business Executive to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in driving business growth.
This is a varied position that combines inbound enquiry management with proactive business development, allowing you to manage the full sales process from initial contact through to onboarding new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Identify client requirements and provide tailored service solutions and quotations.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and lead generation activity.
Build rapport with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and updates on the company CRM system.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities where required.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the business professionally at all times.
About You
At least 2 years commercial sales experience
Confident communicator with excellent telephone and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
