We're recruiting for a successful business looking to add an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to its friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in telesales, lead generation or business development who enjoys working in a fast-paced, environment.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads for the wider sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Proactively contacting prospective and existing business customers.
* Building relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
* Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team.
* Following up on enquiries and previous customer conversations.
* Keeping customer records up to date using the CRM system.
* Handling objections confidently and professionally.
* Supporting marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience within telesales, internal sales, lead generation or business development.
* A confident and professional telephone manner.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A positive, self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
* Good IT skills, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable
* Experience within a B2B sales environment.
* Working towards KPIs and sales targets.
* Experience generating leads and booking appointments.
