We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join a successful and growing FMCG business in Camberley. Whether you’re already working in internal sales, telesales, business development or account management, this role offers the opportunity to grow your earning potential, develop your sales skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced commercial environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, winning new business and smashing targets. You’ll manage existing accounts, generate new opportunities and play a key role in driving business growth — with uncapped commission rewarding your success.

The Role

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

* Generate new business through outbound calls and lead follow-up.

* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

* Achieve monthly sales, margin and growth targets.

* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records.

* Work closely with marketing and the wider sales team.

About You

You’ll be a confident communicator with a genuine passion for sales and ideally have experience in internal sales, telesales, business development or account management.
