Sales Executive
Peterborough
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing local business looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around six months' sales, telesales or customer service experience who's looking to develop a career in sales.
Rather than spending your day cold calling, you'll be following up enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements and converting interest into booked appointments.
The Role
* Following up enquiries generated through marketing campaigns
* Speaking with homeowners and commercial customers over the phone
* Qualifying customer requirements
* Converting enquiries into confirmed appointments
* Working closely with the administration team to ensure appointments are booked efficiently
* Keeping customer information accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
* Around six months' experience in sales, telesales, customer service or an upselling role
* Confident speaking with people over the phone
* Positive, driven and well organised
* Strong local knowledge of Peterborough and the surrounding area would be advantageous
* Someone who enjoys building rapport and delivering excellent customer service
