The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the sales journey, building rapport and helping them find the right solution to suit their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale.
* Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Delivering a consultative sales approach, identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
* Following up on leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
* Working towards individual sales targets and KPI's.
* Producing quotations and processing customer orders accurately.
* Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems.
* Providing an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process.
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Representing the business professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A confident, enthusiastic and professional approach.
* Target-driven with a passion for delivering results.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
