Established over 50 years ago, this market-leading company designs, manufactures, and services highly technical products within the electrical energy industry. Following record sales over the last 12 months and continued business growth, they are seeking a sales engineer to join their team, providing technical support to new and existing customers.
In this office-based role, you will serve as a crucial link between sales, engineering, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include offering pre-sales and post-sales support by answering technical questions and assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues. You will participate in technical and production demonstrations. This role focuses on customer service and relationship building, with no direct sales involved.
