Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in boosting sales and revenue growth by pinpointing new business prospects, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and advocating for our wide array of solutions (5,000+ products).
Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess leads in Scotland's industrial and commercial sectors through methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' needs, grasping their challenges and requirements.
• Present our suite of solutions to clients, articulating their value proposition and advantages effectively.
• Collaborate with our technical team to craft tailored solutions to match clients' specific needs.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally in the industrial or commercial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities for effective task prioritization.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Scotland as needed.
• Experience in solution selling is a plus.
