What You Will Do:

- Generate new sales opportunities across the UK and Ireland for balancing machines, upgrades, and related service or spares.

- Visit existing customers to discuss quotations, applications, and ongoing requirements, while strengthening long-term partnerships.

- Identify and pursue new customers across a designated territory, ensuring consistent pipeline development.

- Support service teams where required and keep abreast of competitor activity, sharing meaningful insights with internal stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

- Previous field sales experience within industrial machinery, capital equipment, vibration monitoring, or mechanical engineering.

- A strong technical understanding of capital equipment, vibration analysis, or mechanical systems, with a genuine desire to keep learning.

- Strong organisational ability, including managing multiple priorities and working accurately under pressure.

- Competence with Microsoft Office and experience using SAP and CRM systems (or a quick aptitude to get up to speed).
