Sales Engineer
Location: Southampton, Hampshire (Remote)
A global leader in sustainable climate and temperature‑control solutions is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to join its OEM & Trade team. This role suits someone commercially driven, technically confident and motivated by helping customers find the right HVAC and Process Cooling solutions.
The Role
* Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
* Promote equipment and service solutions across HVAC and Process Temperature Control markets.
* Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Provide technical guidance, conduct site assessments and support solution design.
* Collaborate with engineering, project and marketing teams.
* Prepare sales forecasts, analyse market trends and support strategic planning.
* Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and internal processes.
About You
* Engineering qualification or relevant technical experience is an advantage.
* Proven sales experience, ideally within HVAC or refrigeration.
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
* Target‑driven with a track record of achieving results.
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Full Right to Work and a valid driving licence.
