Sales Distribution Manager

Are you a commercially driven sales leader with experience managing international distributors in a technical engineering environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established global manufacturer supplying critical engineered products into the oil & gas, energy and industrial sectors.
We're looking for someone who can strengthen existing distributor partnerships, identify new opportunities across global markets, and help shape the company's continued international growth.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role with responsibility for developing and expanding a global distribution network across multiple international territories. Working closely with sales, marketing and technical teams, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting long-term business strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and grow relationships with distributors across international markets.
Identify and onboard new distribution partners in key territories.
Deliver product training and commercial support to overseas partners.
Work alongside the marketing team to create campaigns that drive sales growth.
Win new business and develop existing customer accounts.
Provide market insight and customer feedback to influence future product development.
Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise profitability across distributor accounts.
Manage and optimise CRM activity to support sales performance and reporting.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing and developing international distributor networks.
A strong background in technical sales within engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, valves, flow control or a similar industrial sector.
Commercially astute, with experience negotiating contracts and improving margins.
Confident delivering product training and presentations to customers and partners.
Experience using and developing CRM systems.
A proactive, relationship-focused approach with the ability to travel internationally when required.
