Job Opportunity: Sales Director, Head of Sales

Location: West Midlands, UK
Salary: £65,000 per annum + Bonus (OTE £100k).
Industry: Manufacturing & Installation

My client is a leading manufacturer specialising in supplying doors and screens to the healthcare sector. With a strong foothold in the NHS, they are now poised for expansion into new markets and the international arena. As they embark on this exciting journey, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of Sales Budget Targets: Lead the charge in achieving our ambitious sales targets, aiming for £15 million by the end of 2026.
2. Sales Team Management: Manage and lead our dedicated sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
3. Team Development: Upskill, mentor, and coach the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
4. Customer Acquisition: Identify and bring in new customers, cultivating long-term relationships built on trust and value.
5. Market Diversification: Drive expansion into new markets beyond healthcare, leveraging our innovative solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
6. Export Market Focus: Spearhead our entry into the international market, identifying opportunities for growth.
7. Strategic Goals: Work towards achieving ambitious revenue targets.
8. Senior Leadership: Play a pivotal role as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing strategic insights and driving organizational success.
9. On-site Leadership: Be a visible presence on-site, leading by example and actively participating in our senior leadership team meetings.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing and empowering talent.
- Experience in international sales and market development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
