Our client is a growing security business, providing a range of services in this sector including guarding, 24-hour monitoring, keyholding and other specialist services. They have had a high degree of growth over the past five years, and are now seeking to further expand their client base and capabilities, particularly in London and the South East. To help achieve this they wish to appoint a senior sales lead with prior experience in the security sector to work with the existing senior management team. The ideal profile for this role would include:
* Experience in driving growth for companies working in the security sector, ideally including guarding.
* Significant experience in the security industry with a demonstrable track record of sales success, particularly in the London region.
* A good commercial operator who understands how to secure contracts through high-quality proposals and good marketing.
* Account management capability, building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Honest, professional, hard-working and committed.
This role will suit someone with a hands-on approach to sales, who enjoys getting out to see clients and securing business growth opportunities.
