UK Sales Director: Industrial/Commercial Doors
Area: National - Location - Southern England
Salary £70-80,000 + OTE £110,00 - 120,000 + Car or Allowance + Benefits

With a strong pedigree in manufacturing, servicing, repairing, and installing Industrial Doors, our client is a £20m per annum business with ambitions to grow revenues in its core product ranges and associated ‘Hard FM’ services. This fully independent and autonomous business has been owned by a private investment portfolio since 2008, and the shareholders have long-term growth aspirations and empower the management team to drive strategy and performance. The aim is to be a truly national business with a clear value proposition that differentiates from the competition and, in doing so, grow top-line revenue significantly over the next 3 -5 years.
Role Description
This a pivotal role for a Sales Director at Board level, a true ‘hunter’ with a growth mindset empowered to lead an internal/external sales team of 12 and deliver the sales element of our client's 3-year strategic business plan
The Sales Director will manage day-to-day sales operations, provide exceptional customer service, lead and motivate sales teams, and drive new business development initiatives. The Sales Director will be crucial in achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.
Working remotely as part of our client's Senior Leadership team, this role will provide sales leadership and drive to support the delivery of their business growth strategy. The successful candidate will live in the South of England, as while they will need you to visit all of their locations across the UK, the strongest focus will be on the South. You will need to travel to their offices in Bournemouth 1-2 days per week.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role i.e. Hard Facilities Management
* Proven track record of Sales and New Business Development Success
* Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service
* Proven track record in sales team management within a service-led environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
* Knowledge of the Facilities Management industry and market trends
* ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
