Sales Director
Location: Leeds
Salary: circa £100,000 + OTE + Company Car
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to join a growing, ambitious business based in Leeds.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the company's sales strategy, leading a high performing sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth across existing and new markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, winning business, and building long-term commercial partnerships.
The Role:
Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Drive new business acquisition while strengthening key client relationships.
Identify new market opportunities and expand existing revenue streams.
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline activity.
Work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy.
Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Champion a high performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.About You:
Proven experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Senior Sales Leadership role.
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding commercial targets.
Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially astute with strong forecasting and reporting capabilities.
Full UK driving licence.What's on Offer?
