UK Sales & Marketing Director

The are fully committed to building both their brand and own label ranges and require a commercial leader with gravitas, excellent strategic and tactical skills and a track record of Customer, People and Team Development.

A snapshot of the role

* You will lead the strategic and profitable growth of the UK business, implementing and actioning strategies in accordance with the group objectives and growth aspirations

* You will lead, manage and develop the full UK commercial team building an environment of collaboration, engagement, motivation and performance.

* Position the business as an outright leader across its category areas

* Take full accountability for the P&L, Budgets and KPIs

* Build and foster long standing relationships both internally and externally that will support the strategic vison for growth and the UKs expansion.

The person we are looking for

* A natural, inclusive and down to earth leader with an outstanding FMCG track record

* A proven record in both Consumer Brands and strong experience of Own Label products

* A collaborator who can thrive in competitive environments, motivate and instil confidence to bring out the best in others

* Someone who relishes the challenge and not just the title and can handle the big stuff!!

* A passionate advocate of ESG

* Financially literate, well organised and charismatic

The person could operate from anywhere in the UK. Travel to manufacturing sites and UK head office would be expected when required.
