Your Opportunity:
We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing health technology business looking to expand its sales team with a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Support Role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and supporting a busy sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
* Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
* Assist with campaign preparation and outreach sequencing
* Work closely with the wider sales and business development team
* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain engagement throughout the sales process
* Carry out general administrative tasks to support business development activities
* Undertake any other reasonable duties consistent with the role
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer service or administrative role is desirable
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Benefits:
* £14.00 per hour
* £50 bonus for every client meeting generated and successfully attended
* Flexible working hours (minimum 20 hours per week)
* Hybrid working available by agreement
