The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team by identifying and engaging prospective clients.
You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals and technical specialists, introducing businesses to a comprehensive portfolio of IT solutions while developing your consultative sales approach.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with new people, thrives in a target-driven environment and is eager to progress into Business Development or Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn prospecting.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads before arranging meetings for senior sales consultants.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales campaigns.
Stay up to date with developments in IT services, cloud technologies and cyber security.About You
Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Telesales Executive or Lead Generator is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
An interest in technology, managed IT services or cyber security.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.What's on Offer
