Responsibilities:
* Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities through online channels
* Reach out to and assess potential customers
* Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
* Monitor progress towards achieving sales targets
* Work with the sales team to devise strategies for meeting sales goals
* Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
* Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
* Attend networking events and trade shows to cultivate relationships and generate leads
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to management.
Requirements and skills:
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software; experience with Salesforce/HubSpot is advantageous
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Capability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients
* Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
* Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Effective time management and organizational abilities
* Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Adaptability and flexibility to changing circumstances
* Eagerness to learn and develop in the sales field
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
* Proficiency in English (Spanish or German is advantageous)
