Sales Development Executive (Telesales) | Derby
An established business within the fire and security sector are lookinng for a Sales Development Executive to join it's team in Derby.
You;ll make outbound calls to prospective and exisitng business customers, identify and qualify sales opportunities, follow up warm enquiries and book appointments for the field sales team.
Essential skills from the Sales Development Executive
* Previous telesales, telemarketing or outbound cold-calling experience
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Comfortable making regular outbound calls
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Experience using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office.
Desirable experience from the Sales Development Executive
* Previous B2B sales or lead-generation experience
* Appointment setting for field-based salespeople
* Experience working towards call, appointment or sales KPIs
