Role: Sales & Customer Service Assistant
Hours: Part Time - 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday
Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Harlow
Our established client is looking for an customer service administrator to join their busy team. The position is varied and will duties will include:
Liaising closely with sales and marketing, operations, credit control, and other departments across UK, plus external stakeholders and system users.
You will also be keying orders from telephone and email, handling customer and third-party enquiries on products and deliveries, resolving customer service issues including missing parcels, issuing credit notes, authorising and arranging returns, attending relevant meetings, exhibitions and trade shows, liaising with London and overseas operations, and chasing warehouse delays.
You may also be required to cover in the warehouse. Warehouse duties include safe working, and timely, accurate stock management, movement, picking, packing and dispatch, and other ad hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, sales support and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail along with good organisational and time management. You will also be confident in using computing systems including Microsoft Office applications.
