Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast financial services client to recruit a new full time and permanent Financial Services Sales Coordinator.

Our client is a leading financial services company specialising in providing solutions for both business and personal debt scenarios. Their mission is to assist individuals and businesses in effectively managing their debts via commercial strategies.

They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their busy team in Belfast.
The successful candidate will help coordinate the sales process for a range of clients by processing enquiries, providing sales administration, and maintaining good communication with clients and the internal marketing department.

The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our marketing and sales teams, ensuring that new enquiries are accurately stored in our CRM system and followed up efficiently using our pre-screening process. This individual will work closely with the Senior Financial Consultant to monitor trends and assist in the KPI reporting of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:

Ensure all new enquiries from marketing campaigns are accurately entered into the CRM system.
Maintain and update CRM records.
Follow and uphold the pre-screening enquiry process.
Monitor the CRM for new enquiries and assign them to appropriate sales representatives.

Sales Support:
Follow up on new enquiries to ensure timely responses from the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured and progressed through the sales funnel.
Prepare regular reports on lead status and follow-up activities.

Liaison with Marketing:
Work closely with the Head of Communications to understand lead generation campaigns and strategies.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and effectiveness of campaigns.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools.

Trend Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor sales trends and provide insights to the Senior Financial Consultant.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest solutions.

Team Management Assistance:
Support the Senior Financial Consultant in managing the sales team, including scheduling meetings and tracking performance.
Assist in training new sales team members on CRM usage and sales processes.
Report sales team KPIs to the Senior Financial Consultant and Head of Communications.

Criteria

Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Proficiency with CRM systems.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
