As the business continues to grow and thrive, they are now looking for a driven and dedicated person to come in and lead as a Sales Coordinator based in Durham. The ideal candidate being an individual that is willing to live and breathe the company values and culture, with the overall mission of supporting the business function.
THE ROLE
As a sales coordinator, you will update and distribute weekly sales and contract chasing reports, liaise with legal and sales teams for updates, and send exchange reminder letters to overdue customers.
You will handle part exchange/home change requests, update progress reports, manage offers, and communicate with estate agents for updates on unsold properties. Additionally, you will run necessary reports, input data, manage pricelists, file documents, order development materials, and perform various administrative tasks.
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will have
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or real estate industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with legal teams, estate agents, and customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in updating reports and handling documents.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g, Microsoft Office)
Ability to handle queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Adaptable and able to handle a dynamic work environment.
Proactive in identifying and addressing issues without requiring direct supervision.
