Part Time Sales Coordinator
Temp cover - 12 months
£27 000 per annum, pro rata
Pertemps Isle of Wight have an exciting opportunity for a part time marketing assistant to join our client, on a temporary 12-month basis.
As the successful marketing assistant, you will be responsible for.
- Working closely with the sales team to list offerings
- Liaising with division contacts to ensure branded products are included
- Supplying details of company delegates
- Purchasing and arranging passes and tickets for events and conferences
- Ordering brochures and marketing materials, adhering to company budgets
- Arrange materials to be submitted to corporate marketing, to produce brochures
- Liaising with sales team to ensure all content is correct
- Adhoc ordering for the design team
- Filing and organising of company photographs.
The role will be based on part time hours, between Monday and Friday, 9am to 2pm. Our ideal candidate will ideally hold experience within a similar role and will be available to work from June 2024.
A salary of £27 000 per annum will be offered on a pro rata basis.
