Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: 8 Dantzic Street, Manchester, M4 2AD
Reports to: General Manager
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and weekends as needed

Your Role:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the lettings of their available one- and two-bedroom flats. This is a sales-oriented role encompassing the typical duties of a salesperson in property management or lettings. You will be instrumental in ensuring high occupancy rates and a seamless tenancy onboarding experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Proactively manage the letting process from initial enquiry through to contract signing.

* Conduct viewings and follow-ups with prospective tenants.

* Achieve and exceed monthly lettings targets.

* Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents.

* Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.

* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.

* Use online property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as social media and other tools to promote available flats.

* Prepare Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

* Maintain up-to-date records of all lettings activities and transactions.

* Participate in community events to build relationships with residents.

* Gather feedback from residents to continuously improve the living experience at The James.

Your Background & Required Skills:

* Proven experience in a sales or lettings role within the property management or lettings sector.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

* Motivation for sales and the ability to negotiate and sell.
