Location: Castleford Area
Salary: From £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-Time | No Weekend Working

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional service while supporting the wider commercial team with quotations, order administration and day-to-day coordination.
The Role
Working closely with the Sales Managers, Internal Sales and other departments across the business, you'll be responsible for ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, quotations are produced accurately and customers receive first-class support throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing accurate customer quotations and pricing proposals
Supporting the external sales team with administrative and commercial activities
Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Producing sales reports, documentation and commercial correspondence
Assisting with tender submissions and customer proposals
Processing sales information and maintaining accurate CRM/ERP records
Liaising with engineering, production, purchasing and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Following up quotations and supporting the sales pipeline where required
Updating customer records and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Supporting order processing and helping coordinate customer requirements from enquiry through to delivery
Providing a professional, responsive and proactive customer experience at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused commercial environment and takes pride in providing excellent service.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience within a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Internal Sales or Sales Support position
Experience preparing customer quotations and commercial documentation
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
