Support key customer accounts, manage orders from enquiry to delivery, liaise across departments and play a vital role in customer satisfaction. Sales Coordinator

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 3:00pm Friday
Contract: Permanent, following successful completion of probation

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support key customer relationships and ensure a seamless order management process.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day administration and customer communications

* Process and track customer orders from receipt through to delivery

* Act as a key point of contact for major OEM customer accounts

* Liaise with production and shipping teams to ensure deadlines are achieved

* Maintain CRM systems, pricing information and customer records

* Prepare customer invoices and delivery documentation

* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards

* Contribute to continuous improvements within order management processes

Skills & Experience Required

* 2-5 years' experience within sales support, account coordination or customer service

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong understanding of sales administration processes

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Experience with ERP systems would be advantageous

* HubSpot experience beneficial but not essential

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

* Positive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn
