We are currently looking to recruit a Part-time Sales Coordinator to join the Morrisons & Convenience Retail Business Unit. This is a great opportunity to join a team who has a strategic relationship with major accounts across own label, brand and E-Commerce.

In this role you will report to the Business Controller and will be based at our head office in Leeds working 3 days a week.

As a Sales Coordinator you will provide support to the commercial team and the role will span all Dairy categories.

What will the role look like?

As a Sales Coordinator some of your key responsibilities will

* Creating & maintaining promotional performance tracking documents & sharing this analysis with relevant colleagues in a timely manner

* Price Management

* Team Meeting Ownership: managing room bookings, agendas, decks & follow up actions on a weekly / monthly basis

* Invoice and debt management: taking a key role within the CBU to ensure performance remains on track and is below agreed target levels

* PO Creation & Management

* Sample Organisation for customer requests

What do you need to succees?

To be successful in this role you will be a results driven individual who is confident & capable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc). You will have good organisational, numerical and communication skills understanding the benefits of being a key team player.
