Position Details:
* Salary: £25,000 plus excellent benefits
* Location: Knaresborough
* Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
As Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our client’s operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to all customers, while managing engineer’s diaries.
* Accurately manage the engineer’s diaries and inventory.
* Efficiently processing service orders to meet customer requirements.
* Coordinating purchase orders with various suppliers to procure necessary parts for service completion.
* Dealing with phone and email enquiries.
* Building and nurturing relationships with both customers and suppliers to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
* Update CRM system accurately.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous administration experience
* Scheduling experience (desirable)
* Strong organisational skills
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* IT literate.
