£25,000 - £30,000 + (uncapped commission structure) + benefits
I am working with a well-established electronics manufacturer in Preston, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are a leading design and manufacturer, they sell over 1 million bespoke products globally, every year! The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for increasing sales, as well as managing existing clients. The Sales Coordinator will also be involved in developing new business opportunities. The Sales Coordinator must be comfortable making calls and be organised. It will be beneficial for the Sales Coordinator to have 2 year’s sales experience. They are offering the Sales Coordinator a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission + benefits.
Responsibilities on the Sales Coordinator:
Ensuring all customer enquiries to products are addressed on a timely basis
Establishing a clear understanding of customer requirements related to product type and application, quantity required, required delivery date, delivery method and location.
Checking the MRP system to determine if customer requirements may able to be supplied from stock and liaises with production to confirm availability.
When customer requirements cannot be met from stock, liaises with production to establish lead time.
Reviewing marketing information and conducts sales calls with new and/or existing customers.
Ensuring orders are completed in agreed time frames.
Issuing quotations to customers, liaising with customer to resolve any queries, and enters details into CRM system. Requirements of the Sales Coordinator:

Sales experience
Administration experience
Experience using CRM’s
Experience managing clients
