Are you a dynamic and organised individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?
Our client, a local developer in Cornwall is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their sales Team in Cornwall.
Day to day duties:
* Coordinating all sales and marketing operations to ensure the successful delivery of our open market sales programme
* Managing relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and external consultants to ensure timely completions
* Ensuring the sales process is efficient, effective, and customer-focused
* Supporting the Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator in managing marketing communications and promoting new homes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the real estate or property development sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with marketing and digital platforms
* Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends for open days and launch weekends
