We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Rail Professional Services team at Matchtech.

This is a great opportunity to inherit an established permanent desk with existing opportunities already in play, whilst having the freedom and autonomy to shape its future. With major infrastructure projects continuing to gain momentum across the UK and Ireland, now is an exciting time to join a market that is set for significant growth.

What you'll be doing:

You'll focus on recruiting professionals across the Rail Design market, supporting clients involved in major programmes including HS2, Transpennine Route Upgrade and projects across Ireland. The desk covers a range of disciplines including:

Structural Design

Building Structures

Systems Engineering

Rail Design & Consultancy Services

As an experienced consultant, you'll be given the autonomy to approach the market in your own way whilst benefiting from the support, knowledge and network of an established team.

What we're looking for:

We're interested in hearing from recruiters who:

✔ Have experience within permanent recruitment
✔ Enjoy building and developing client relationships
✔ Are commercially driven and motivated by success
✔ Can work autonomously and manage their own desk

Experience recruiting into the Rail sector would be advantageous, but we're also open to consultants from related markets such as construction, engineering, design or professional services backgrounds.
