What You'll Do:

Engage with leads generated through marketing efforts, making calls daily to qualify prospects to nurture relationships
Manage inbound inquiries, respond promptly to client queries, and up-sell offerings to maximise revenue

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills with a personable, engaging demeanour
Resilient, energetic, and able to maintain pace in a fast-moving environment
Strong honesty and integrity are essential; we seek individuals who uphold these values in every interaction
Experience in telesales, up-selling & strong customer service are required
Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic sales environment

Preferred Education & Experience:

No specific educational qualification required
Ideal candidates will have a background in sales, with a track record of hitting targets and managing client relationships
Previous experience in a similar B2B or B2C sales role is highly desirable

Additional Requirements:

Must be based in Derby, as the role requires in-office presence
