About the Role:
Our client, based in Suffolk, is searching for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Assistant.
What You'll Do:
Content Creation: Unleash your creativity by crafting engaging buzz-worthy content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Client Interaction: Excellent at liaising with clients and managing enquiries ensuring swift and accurate responses.
Customer Management: Maintain customer folders meticulously, including documents, photographs, quotes, and emails.
Sales Pipeline Management: Keep the sales enquiries flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Quote Compilation: Generate and send quotes based on detailed costing sheets using Word and Excel.
Administrative Support: Assist in meetings, prepare documents, take notes, and ensure the MD is prepped with all necessary research and background information.
Website Management: Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative Director to keep the company websites updated and polished, including proofreading and uploading articles and blogs.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Word, Excel, and CRM software.
Independent & Collaborative: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
About our client:
They are a Suffolk-based company specialising in the supply and installation of electric vehicle charging points for both personal and business use. The company are dedicated to promoting sustainable energy solutions by providing efficient and reliable EV charging infrastructure.
Essential Requirements:
Driving Licence & Own Car: Due to the rural location, these are a must.
Full time role 40 hrs per week
