A fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Administrator with excellent customer service/account management skills, required immediately for a Temp or Temp to Permanent opportunity. Ideally from a technical industry, but not essential. You will be joining a company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences within a dynamic team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing sales support and administration to an allocated market, acting as a central coordinator supporting the smooth transition of orders through the business. This key role, is vital in maintaining satisfaction and credibility with customers.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with customers, field sales teams, distributors and internal functions to ensure the completion of customer orders and resolution of application/delivery issues.
Assessing the details of products sold to ensure it is fit for purpose and is correctly specified
Calculation of product costing and preparation of proposals.
Entry of order details in IT systems and creation of written acknowledgment of orders for customers
Participate in projects that deliver on-going improvements
Support inter-departmental team working.
Support shipping team when required.
Assist with and host customer visits to the Farnborough facility
Answer general enquiriesRequirements
Enthusiastic, self motivated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills confident with both internal and external individuals.
Hands-on approach to getting things done, with a desire to make a difference.
Good ability in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Attention to detail
Experience of working within a technical equipment business (desirable)
