Ferno (UK) is a global leading manufacturer of Emergency Medical Solutions for the Emergency Medical Services which include the NHS and Private Ambulance Services, Hospitals, Fire & Rescue Services, and other major industries throughout the UK. As part of our expansion programme, we are looking to recruit a highly driven and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager - North.

Experienced Sales & Business Development Manager - North

Field-based, you will be responsible for managing a successful and established customer base across the North of the UK. This will be within several market sectors which will include the NHS and Private Ambulance Services, hospitals, healthcare, distributors, evacuation, energy, construction, and rescue. In addition, you will have responsibility for developing new business. You will arrange your own customer meetings with key staff within the organisation. Support and product training will be provided, and you will be encouraged to contribute new ideas to this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities as the Sales & Business Development Manager - North:

Exceed and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPI’s

You will proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline

Build strong relationships with the UK Ambulance Services, paramedics, ambulance converters, distributors, and other key partners

Understand market dynamics to support business growth

Account management and prospecting experience is essential

The Sales & Business Development Manager - North candidate:

Highly competitive and driven to exceed expectation and results

Problem solving and providing solutions  

Excellent organisational skills and journey planning

Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organisations to understand the opportunities and develop new business

Experience in demonstrating and selling equipment across a broad range of market sectors

Competent in Microsoft Office and knowledge of a CRM system

Disciplined, self-motivated and passionate
