6 month temp contract - opportunity to be offered an 18 month FTC
D'urton Grange Preston
£16.00 per hour plus bonus
37.5 hours per week
Tuesday to Saturday 9:30-5:30
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Sales Associate with a forward thinking, socially responsible housing company who are all about building new, thriving communities and giving our customers an excellent experience at whatever stage of the home-buying journey they’re in.
The purpose of a Sales Associate is to maximise sales and income opportunities through the selling of various products including shared ownership and outright sales new homes developments, and maximising rental income when letting intermediate market rent (IMR) schemes.
To do this they’ve built a passionate and supportive Sales Team who have great customer service at their core, and they’re looking for a sales superstar to join them.
The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience to customers in the purchase of a new home. Working closely with the Sales Manager and collaboratively with the Sales Team and other stakeholders, you will also be driven to deliver and smash sales targets.
What you will do:
• Take ownership of the development sales arena (Sales Information Centre, Showhomes and associated public areas) conducting monthly sales excellence audits to ensure all areas are always maintained and presented to the highest standard.
• Manage all customer enquiries (website, telephone, email, or walk-in) effectively and efficiently capturing details and requirement accurately and convert to site visit or appointment.
• Qualify customers, establishing moving position and timescales, needs and financial situation. Develop credible solutions securing reservations with maximising revenue and margin.
• Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
